Rental Terms
- Amount of deposit 30% upon booking.
- Once your reservation made in no way does your deposit will be returned.
- Compulsory final cleaning EUR 60. +25€ if very dirty housing
- Security Deposit € 800, will be required on arrival and refunded day of departure, less if necessary after inspection and found degradation.
- The occupation of the premises is strictly limited to the number of people who reported the reservation. All excess will be denied or subject to extra charge.
- Arrivals are on Saturdays at 5pm and departures on Saturday before 09.30am.
- For any arrival after 20h and ensure their home in the best conditions prompting the arrival time.
- Any early departure during the stay will not lead to any refund.
